Pauline "Polly" Taylor

Pauline “Polly” J. Taylor, 89, of Lancaster, formerly of Carroll, passed away on Monday, January 14, 2013, at the Fairfield Medical Center.

Polly was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She was a very active and life-long member of the Girl Scouts .

Polly is survived by her loving husband of 71 years, Bob; children, Patty Sulick, Carol (James) Lint, Bob (Mindi) Taylor, and Susan Thompson; 6 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; brothers, Gene Kenney and Don (Betty) Kenney; and sister, Alice (Leo) Merz.

Polly was preceded in death by her parents; a granddaughter; a great granddaughter; a brother; and a sister.

A memorial service for Polly will be held at 4:00 PM Wednesday at the FRANK E. SMITH FUNERAL HOME, Lancaster. Family and friends may visit from 3-4 PM Wednesday at the funeral home. Caring Cremation has taken place.
