Biography

Pauline M. Johnson, age 89, of Lancaster, passed away Saturday, December 18, 2010 at Cestview Manor Nursing Home.

She was a supervisor for AT&T for 37 years and she attended Faith Memorial Church.

She is survived by a daughter, Judith (Leslie) Lax of Lancaster; a son, Rick (Carolyn) Smith of Dublin; six grandchildren; three great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Daniel Johnson; her parents, Donald and Tressa Schultz; several brothers and sisters.

Funeral service will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday in the FRANK E. SMITH FUNERAL HOME, 405 N. COLUMBUS ST. LANCASTER OH 43130,with Pastor Todd Naille officiating. Burial will follow at Floral Hills Memory Gardens. Friends may call Monday, December 20 2010, from 2-5 p.m. at the funeral home.

Memorials may be given to the Alzheimer's Association , Central Ohio Chapter, 3380 Tremont Rd., Columbus OH 43221 or the Ronald McDonald House Charities of central Ohio at Nationwide Children's Hospital, 555 Children's Drive West, Columbus, OH 43205.
