Paul Hockman

Paul E. Hockman, 81, of Pickerington, passed away on Saturday, April 18, 2015.

Paul was a 1952 graduate of Bremen High School where he was named to the Associated Press All - Ohio Basketball Team in 1951 and 1952. He worked 26 years for Western & Southern Life Insurance in sales. He was a member of Peace United Methodist Church in Pickerington. And he enjoyed 20 years as an usher for Ohio State University football games.

Paul is survived by his son, Jeff (Darlene Glaze-Hockman) Hockman; daughter, Paula H. (Thomas) Kaiser; grandchildren, Katherine Kaiser, Jessica Kaiser, and John Kaiser; nieces, Carol Hockman Watkins and Holly Hockman Robitzer; and former wife, Sue A. Hockman.

Paul was preceded in death by his parents, John and Mae Hockman; and brother, Lee Hockman.

Funeral service will be held at 11:30 AM Monday at the FRANK E. SMITH FUNERAL HOME, Lancaster. Burial will follow in Grandview Cemetery in Bremen. Friends may visit from 10:00 to 11:30 AM Monday at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Paul to the Fairfield County Meals on Wheels, 253 Boving Rd, Lancaster, Ohio 43130.
