Patti Mae Scott 73 of Carroll, Ohio formerly of Newark, Ohio passed away Saturday, April 11, 2015 at Fairfield Medical Center. She worked for Fairfield Industries.
She is survived by her friends at Fairfield Industries, REM Homes and Rockmill Rehabilitation Center. A special thank you goes to the staff of Rockmill Rehabilitation Center for their love and care of Patti. She was preceded in death by her parents, Russell and Mildred Scott.
Funeral service will be held Thursday, April 16, 2015 at 11 a.m. in the FRANK E. SMITH FUNERAL HOME CHAPEL, 405 N. COLUMBUS ST., LANCASTER, OHIO 43130 with Rev. Robert McDowell officiating. Burial will be in Cedar Hill Cemetery, Newark, Ohio. Friends may visit Thursday 1 hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
