Patricia "Patricia Helen McKittrick Martin" Martin

Patricia Helen McKittrick Martin, 83, of Lancaster, passed away on Thursday, March 8, 2012, at the Pickering House with her family by her side.

Patricia was a member of the First United Methodist Church. She retired from teaching after 30 years of service with Lancaster City Schools, East School, where she enjoyed teaching kindergarten. Patricia was a selfless and loving mother and grandmother. She was a friend to all.

Patricia is survived by her children, Rebecca Lynn (Harvey) Jones, Howard Dale (Leslie) Martin, Jr., and Chris (Starr) Martin; grandson, Bryan Allan Martin; sisters, Eileen (Charles) Smith and Dorothy Price; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Patricia was preceded in death by her husband, Howard Dale Martin, Sr.; daughters, Deborah Dale Martin and Beverly Ann Martin; parents, Neils and Daisy McKittrick; and siblings, Charles (Dorothy) McKittrick, Clarence (Pearl) McKittrick, Guy McKittrick, Crayton (Dorothy) McKittrick, Mary (Dick) Street, Denver Todd McKittrick, Kenneth Pete (Margaret) McKittrick, Betty (William) Taylor.

Funeral service will be held at 10:00 am Monday at the First United Methodist Church, 163 E Wheeling St, Lancaster, Ohio, with the Reverend Robert McDowell officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Rose Cemetery. Family and friends may visit Sunday from 2-4 and 6-8 pm at the FRANK E. SMITH FUNERAL HOME, 405 N Columbus St, Lancaster, Ohio.
