Patricia R. (Sherburn) French

Patricia R. French 87 of Lancaster, Ohio went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Thursday, October 7, 2021 at Altercare of Somerset.

She was a retired loan officer for Beneficial Finance.  Upon retirement, she enjoyed her time at home as a hard-working wife and mother and playing Bridge with the “Bridge Club Ladies”.

Patricia is survived by her daughter, Deborah A. French of Lancaster, Ohio and nephews, Rod (Molly) Sherburn and Mike Sherburn.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years Robert E. French, father, Harley Sherburn, Sr. and mother, Ruth Wagner and a brother, Harley Sherburn, Jr.

A graveside service will be held Wednesday, October 13, 2021 at Forest Rose Cemetery with Dr. John Beckett officiating.  Arrangements are being handled by the FRANK E. SMITH FUNERLA HOME, LANCASTER, OHIO.

Deborah, her daughter would like to acknowledge with deep gratitude those who compassionately cared for her mother during this time to include Hospice of Central Ohio (Donna, Nurse case manager) and the Nurses and staff at Altercare of Somerset, Ohio.

Memorial gifts may be given to Hospice of Central Ohio, 2269 Cherry Valley Rd. SE, Newark, OH 43055-9925 in her memory.
