Patricia Conrad

Patricia Ann Conrad 81 of Lancaster, Ohio passed away on Sunday, December 11, 2016 at Fairfield Medical Center. She was born on December 21, 1934 to the late William and Lila (Cly) Conrad, Sr. in Lancaster, Ohio. She was a retired school teacher for the Lancaster City School System.

Patricia is survived by her sisters, Mary E. Reedy of Lancaster, Ohio and Carolyn (Willis) Wagner of Kentucky; special nephew, Jack (Kelley) Reedy of Lancaster, Ohio; several other nieces and nephews, cousins, great nieces, Jennifer (Fed) Zwayer and Julia (Joseph) McFarland, Jamie (Treg) Thomas, great nephews, Sebastian Henner and also other great nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her brothers, William Conrad, Jr., Robert, Gary, Francis and Grant “Joe” Conrad.

Funeral service will be held Wednesday, December 14, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. in the FRANK E. SMITH FUNERAL HOME CHAPEL, 405 N. COLUMBUS ST., LANCASTER, OHIO 43130 with Rev. Dr. Brian Jones of The First United Methodist Church officiating. Friends may visit 1 hour prior to the service on Wednesday at the funeral home.
