Otis Whitt, Jr. age 69, of Lancaster, passed on Friday, December 20, 2013 at the Pickering House.
He was retired from Capital City Products with 36 years of service as a warehouse supervisor. He was an avid hunter, along with friends, Bob Adkins, Charlie Horner, Acie Craig and Larry Clifford.
He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Judy Whitt (Craig); children, Lee (Nayan)Whitt and Lori (Dave)Raybuck; Granddaughter Porsche Whitt; Great Grandchildren, Selena Strohm, Wesley Westenhouser and Tyler Westenhouser; along with many other Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren; Brothers, Bill (Nancy) Whitt, Claude (Opal) Whitt, Roger (Cathy) Whitt, Jerry (Marsha) Whitt, Larry (Mary) Whitt; Sisters, Brenda (Duard) Morman, Linda (Lee) Pack and JoAnn Whitt and nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his Brother and Sister-in-law James and Mary Whitt and his Mother and Father, Otis and Carrie Whitt.
Caring Cremation® has taken place by the FRANK E. SMITH FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY, 405 N. COLUMBUS ST., LANCASTER, OH 43130. A memorial service will be held Saturday, December 28, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. at the First Christian Church Fellowship Hall, 4185 Parsons Ave., Columbus, Ohio 43207.
