Norma Jean Confer 90 of Lancaster, Ohio passed away on February 21, 2023 at Altercare in Canal Winchester.
She was a retired office manager for Reynolds and Reynolds in Columbus. She was a member of Maple Street United Methodist Church, lifetime member of Olivedale Senior Citizens Center, and volunteered for over 17 years at Twig #2. Norma was an avid teddy bear and bell collector. She loved her family and grandchildren and supported all of their activities.
Noma Jean is survived by her daughters, Candace Jean Paulucci of Lancaster and Tammy (Brad) Brewer of Kettering; daughter-in-law, Gisele Linscott; grandchildren, Joseph (Renee’) Paulucci, Ethan Paulucci, Amanda (Mike) Robertson, Amber (Seth Horner) Brewer, Jennifer (Jason) Franklin and Angie (Hank) Leitnaker; great- grandchildren, Keagan, Emery, Jackson, Marlowe, Tenley, Joshua, Parker, Cason, Christopher and Joseph and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Milton “Bud” Confer, son, Andy Linscott, son-in-law, Thomas Paulucci, parents, Ralph and Myrtle McLaughlin, brother and sister-in-law, Jack and Kay McLaughlin, sister and brother-in-law, Virginia and John Comer and nephew, Douglas Comer.
Memorial service will be held Thursday, March 2, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. in the FRANK E. SMITH FUNERAL HOME CHAPEL, 405 N. COLUMBUS ST., LANCASTER, OHIO 43130 with Rev. Kevin Chambers officiating. Caring Cremation® has taken place. Friends may visit from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. prior to the service on Thursday.
