Nancy Sterner

With family members by her side, Nancy Sterner’s body passed away on July 22, 2013, and her soul moved on to heaven, with her savior, Jesus Christ.

Nancy was born on January 15, 1933, to the late Jacob and Helen Kaminen of Ishpeming, Michigan and she was preceded in death by her brother, Marvin; sister, Marlene; and daughter, Sharleen

She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. Nancy is survived by her husband of 38 years, Vic; 3 children, Peggy, Lyndel, and James; brother, Paul; 12 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; and 1 great great grandchild.

Nancy was an avid reader who also enjoyed bowling and playing golf with her many friends, and she will be remembered by all of those that knew her, as a kind and loving person. She will be greatly missed, but will remain in our hearts and minds always. We look forward to being with her again in heaven.

There will be a viewing from 2 to 6 p.m. Thursday at the FRANK E. SMITH FUNERAL HOME, 405 N Columbus St, Lancaster, Ohio 43130 followed by a short service.
