Michael "Steve" Steven Allen

Michael “Steve” Steven Allen, 66, died Thursday, June 29, 2023 at Fairfield Medical Center.

Steve graduated from Lancaster High School in 1974. He enjoyed watching the Oakland Raiders, the San Francisco Giants, and Purdue. Steve was a pitcher while in high school as well as for the American Legion. Before retiring Steve was a bartender at Leo’s for a number of years.

Steve is survived by his wife of 14 ½ years Cheryl A. (Hendershot) Allen; daughter Kim Allen; sister Vicki (Ned) Allen-Mattox; brother Randy Allen; and father in law Phil Hendershot.

He is preceded in death by his parents Jack and Wilma (Burge) Allen.

Caring Cremation® is being handled by Frank E. Smith Funeral Home.

A celebration of life will take place in August, date to be determined.
