Michael E. Butterbaugh, 52, of Rushville, died on Friday, October 07, 2011, at the Pickering House.

Michael is survived by his loving wife, Connie Hill Butterbaugh; daughters, Crystal Butterbaugh, Jennifer (Paul) Stephenson, and Michelle Butterbaugh (boyfriend, Anthony Walls); grandchildren, Zach Butterbaugh, Phillip Miller, Wyatt Young, Thomas Stephenson, Emily Stephenson, and Rachael Stephenson; brother, Lee (Dolly) Butterbaugh; sisters, Diana Kosch, Bonnie Balthaser, and Mary Buckler; and uncle, Harry Young.

Michael was preceded in death by his parents, Mayoma and Gilbert Butterbaugh; grandparents; and very close friend, Bob Young.

A celebration of Michaels life will a held at 11:00 am Saturday, October 29, 2011, at Oakthorpe Church, 6090 Oakthorpe Rd NE, Thornville, Ohio 43076. Fellowship and food will follow the service.

Caring Cremation has taken place with the Frank E. Smith Funeral Home & Crematory, Lancaster.
