Michael Azbell

Michael J. Azbell, age 64 of Lancaster, went to be with his Lord on May 28th, 2018 at the OSU James Cancer Center. He was born on March 28th, 1954 in Lima, Maine. He was a 1972 Lancaster High School grad. He is a member of the Lancaster United Brethren Church, and Mike retired from the United States Postal Service. He will be greatly missed by his friends and family.

He is survived by his loving wife of 41 years, Stephanie Azbell; children, Mindi (Chad) Balser, Nick (Kerri) Azbell, Rusty (Molly) Azbell; grandchildren, Bailey, Avery, Jude, Amiee, Caspian, Brandyn, Aiden, and Hope; mother, Ruth Azbell- Hightower.

Mike was preceded in death by his father, Grover ”Rusty” Azbell.

A service will take place on Saturday, June 2nd, at 9:30AM at the FRANK E. SMITH FUNERAL HOME. Burial will follow at Maple Grove Cemetery.
