Maxine Halderman 88 of Lancaster, Ohio passed away on Wednesday, February 10, 2016 at the Pickering House.
She was a retired secretary for the Robert K. Fox Family Y and member of the First United Methodist Church and Lancaster High School Class of 1945.

Maxine is survived by her daughters, Daphne Halderman of Fairway, Kansas and Diane Halderman Hall of Lancaster, Ohio; grandson, Matthew Halderman of Kansas City, Missouri; nieces and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Ray and Willetta Hettinger, brother, Jim (Darlene) Hettinger.

Caring Cremation® has taken place by the FRANK E. SMITH FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY, 405 N. COLUMBUS ST., LANCASTER, OH 43130. Burial will take place in Forest Rose Cemetery at a later date.
