Matthew Robinson

Matthew L. Robinson, age 52, of Chillicothe, died suddenly June 9th, 2015 while working in Lancaster. He was born to the late, Francis and Mary Green Robinson in Lancaster on August 4th, 1962. He owned his own business and mowed lawns for many loyal customers. Matt was passionate about helping others. He loved his pets and family deeply, and will be greatly missed.
He is survived by his wife, Delores “Dee” Robinson; children, Heather McGomery Robbins of Lancaster, and Bethany McGomery Rose of Chillicothe; grandchildren, Michael and Christopher Romaine, Corey, Kierra, and Peyton Rose; siblings, William Tyrone Robinson; Christina Lynn (Dennis Fulk) Griffith; Laura Sue Robinson, and Daniel Allen Robinson all of Lancaster; pets, Katie, Gizmo, Jazzy,Twiggy, and Myrtle the Turtle; several nieces, nephews, friends, neighbors and loyal customers.
Matt was preceded in death by his parents.
A funeral service will take place on Monday at 1:30PM at 770 Jefferson Av. Chillicothe, OH 45601 at the Jefferson Ave. Church of Christ in Christian Union, officiated by Pastor Mark Clendaniel. Family and friends may call at the church from 10:30AM until the time of service. Caring Cremation® will take place following the service through the FRANK E. SMITH FUNERAL HOME.
