Mary Scholl

On Friday, January 10, 2014 Mary Minnie Cupp Scholl, age 85, passed away. She was born December 7th, 1928 to the late Joseph and Mae Gordon.

Mary is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Cathy and Randy McCullough and two wonderful granddaughters, Kristin McCullough of Columbus and Lauren McCullough of Lancaster. A niece, Sandy (Mike) Packer of Lancaster and nephew, Ernie (Debbie) Withem of Rushville.

She was a cook all of her working days with the majority of it at Lehman’s Cozy Corner. She was a long time member of Pleasantville United Methodist Church and became a member of Zeigler Lutheran Church after her marriage to Jay Scholl.

She was proceeded in death by her first husband, Warren H. Cupp; her second husband, Jay E. Scholl; and sister, Ginny Withem.

Services will be held Wednesday, January 15 at 2:00 p.m. at The Frank E. Smith Funeral Home. Visitation will be held from 12:00 a.m. till 2:00 p.m. prior to the service. Burial will take place at Floral Hills Memory Gardens.

In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to Zeigler Emmanuel Lutheran Church or Pleasantville United Methodist Church.
