Mary Lou Norris 79 of Lancaster, Ohio passed away Friday, March 1, 2013 at Fairfield Medical Center.
She was retired from Anchor Hocking Glass Corp. Plants 1 and 2 with 33 years of service. She was a member of St. Paul Evangelical Lutheran Church, Eagles Auxiliary and bowled for many years.
Mary Lou is survived by her sister, Murial (Robert) Underwood of The Villages, Florida; nieces, Linda Benadum, Diane Hall and Mary Ann Sowders; nephew, Bill Norris; several cousins including a special cousin, Peg (Dudley) Fisher and special friend, Donald L. Evans of Lancaster, Ohio.
She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Mary Edna Barnett Norris and brother, Elmer Norris.
Funeral service will be held Wednesday, March 6, 2013 at 10:30 a.m. in the FRANK E. SMITH FUNERAL HOME CHAPEL, 405 N. COLUMBUS ST., LANCASTER, OHIO 43130 with Rev. Roger Quay officiating. Burial to follow in Maple Grove Cemetery, Lancaster, Ohio. Friends may visit Tuesday from 5-8 p.m. and 1 hour prior to the service on Wednesday at the funeral home.
