Mary Lou Hively

Heaven will never welcome a sweeter Momma. Mary Lou Hively, age 79, of Lancaster went to be with the Lord on December 19th, 2015 at her residence. She was born to the late Emmett and Edith Hicks on December 7th, 1936. Mary Lou retired from Diamond Power. She was a lifetime member of the Ladies Aux, enjoyed crocheting, and loved spending time with her family.
She is survived by her children, Danny Zultz, Vicki (David) Cordle, Robin Snider, Vern (Sheerie) Snider, and Amy Snider-Beaty; grandchildren, Chuck, Holli, Matt, Sara, Mikeal, Zachary, Billy, Jacob, Rachel, Macie, and Kyle; 16 great-grandchildren; sister, Peggi Crosier; Bro-in-law, Gene Thomas; and father of the children, Garland J. Snider.
Mary Lou was preceded in death by her parents, brothers, Richard, Kenny, and Norman; and granddaughter, Jessie Marie Wiseman.
A funeral service will take place at 10AM at the FRANK E. SMITH FUNERAL HOME on THursday December 24th, 2015 officiated by Rev. James Baisden; Burial will follow the services at Maple Grove Cemetery Lancaster. Family and friends may call on Wednesday at the funeral home from 4PM until 7PM.
