Mary Davis

Mary E. Davis age 91, of Millersport, died February 8, 2018 at the Fairfield Medical Center. She was born to the late Charles and Rhoda Wade Schofield on May 25, 1926 in Chillicothe. She worked for Ray-O-Vac assembling Batteries. She was a 55 year member of the Baltimore VFW Auxiliary Post #3761 and the Olive Dale Senior Citizens. Mary enjoyed her garden, quilting, spending time with her family, and loved her four legged companion, Rusty. Her memories will be greatly cherished.

She is survived by her husband, Harold R. Davis; daughter, Marie Braumfield; sons, Lee (Joan) Stephens, Neal (Tamarra) Stephens, and Ora Fulton (Lori) Stephens; 13 grandchildren ; dozens of great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and favorite niece, Connie Canfield.

Mary was preceded in death by her parents, infant daughter, siblings Ellsworth, Schofield, Al, Bob, Chuck, and Jean; grandchildren, Timothy Stephens and Lora Atherton.

A graveside service will take place on Tuesday at 1PM at Floral Hills Memory Garden. Arrangements have been made through the FRANK E. SMITH FUNERAL HOME. Family and friends may call 1 hr prior to the service at the cemetery. Online condolences can be made at www.funeralhome.com
