Mary Alice Seymour Remley Bailey 80 of Lancaster, Ohio died Thursday, August 4, 2011 at Homestead Care and Rehabilitation Center.
She is survived by her sons, Timothy L. (Sue) Bailey of Oconomowoc, Wisconsin, Thomas A. (Susan) Bailey of Williamsport, Ohio, and William A. (Sue) Bailey of Florida; 3 daughters, Mary Jane (Terry) Peters of Lancaster, Ohio, Melody Kay (David) Jafferian of Gardner, Massachusetts, and Jennifer Lynn (Gary0 Konkler of Rushville, Ohio; 15 grandchildren, Renee, Kyle, Dean, Ryan, Zachary, Sean, Ethan, Chad, Christine, Jasper, P. J., Hope, Anthony, Tosha, and Billy; several great grandchildren; 3 brothers, Thomas “Bud” (Roberta) Seymour of Washington, Court House, Ohio, David (Rita) Seymour of North Carolina and John Seymour of Lancaster, Ohio; sister, Rose Simmons of Lancaster, Ohio; many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas and Ethel Seymour, infant son, Clarence M. Bailey, Jr., brother, Paul and Donald Seymour.
Funeral service will be held Monday, August 8, 2011 at 10:30 a.m. in the FRANK E. SMITH FUNERAL HOME CHAPEL AND CREMATOY, 405 N. COLUMBUS ST., LANCASTER, OHIO 43130. Caring Cremation to follow. Friends may visit Sunday from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
