Mark A. Kline (Woodruff) was born in Logan, Ohio, on April 15, 1960, to his late parents Mary Jane and Lowell Kline. He passed away on August 11, 2024 at his residence in Baltimore, OH, surrounded by the serenity of home and under the gentle care of FairHope Hospice.
In his professional life, Mark dedicated himself to ensuring the safety and security of various prominent families and businesses in Central Ohio through his work in private security. Known for his diligence and commitment, he served with unwavering loyalty and a strong sense of duty, making a lasting impact in the lives he touched.
Beyond his career, Mark's true passion lay in the great outdoors. He found solace and joy in nature, often spending hours simply soaking in its beauty. Whether tending to a crackling fire under the open sky or reveling in the quiet moments of a peaceful evening, Mark found peace and contentment in the embrace of the natural world.
An avid outdoorsman, Mark immersed himself in activities that brought him closer to nature. Camping trips filled with laughter, fishing excursions teeming with stories, and hunting expeditions marked by camaraderie were all cherished moments in his life. His love for the wilderness was palpable, and his presence in the outdoors was a testament to his deep connection with the earth.
Mark leaves behind a legacy of love and devotion in the hearts of his surviving family. He is mourned by his beloved wife of 26 years, Deby Kline, whose steadfast support and companionship defined his days. He is also survived by his children, Tommie Kitchen, Anthony (Laura) Kline, and Bradley (Danielle) Kline, who brought immeasurable pride and joy to his life.
The laughter of his grandchildren, Jaxson and Aubrey Kline, Joshua Palmer, and Emmett and Darcy Kline, filled his days with warmth and happiness. In the embrace of family, Mark found his greatest source of strength and the true meaning of love. He is also survived by his brother, Greg (Belinda) Kline, and a host of nieces and nephews who held a special place in his heart.
Mark will be deeply missed by all who knew him. His unwavering love for his family, his passion for the outdoors, and his dedication to his work leave an indelible imprint on those whose lives he touched. May his spirit forever roam the vast expanse of the wilderness he so adored, finding eternal peace in the arms of nature.
