Marilyn Daubenmire

Marilyn J. Daubenmire, 92, of Lancaster, passed away on Saturday, May 26, 2018.

She was a member of the Dumontville United Methodist Church and she retired from the Bremen Bank. Marilyn was a loving and caring person. She was also a great cook, know for her chocolate chip cookies.

Marilyn is survived by her daughters, Jane (Charles) Schooley, Deborah Julian, and Jeanne (Larry) Ramsey; grandchildren, Jim Barber, Kelly Johnson, Anne (Collin) Edwards, and Molly Thompson; 8 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild; and special friend, Bob Snider.

Marilyn was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Daubenmire; parents, John and Francis (Cruit) Mondhank; and sisters, Marcella Cofman and Lucille Harvey.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM Sunday at the Dumontville United Methodist Church, 3569 Lancaster-Kirkersville Rd NW, Lancaster, Ohio 43130. Burial will be at a later date in Floral Hills Memory Gardens. Caring Cremation through the Frank E. Smith Funeral Home, Lancaster.

Marilyn’s family would like to thank all of the staff at the Landings of Lancaster and Fairfield Medical Center palliative care for the wonderful care and love they provided.
