Biography

Marilyn Kay Brown, 62, of Lancaster, passed away on Sunday May 27, 2012.

Marilyn will be remembered as a loving and strong-willed woman.

She is survived by her sons, Roger Dean Knecht, Shannon K. (Shannon) Knecht, Brannon D. (Bridget) Knecht, and Tony L. Knecht; daughter, Dianna Guisinger; seven grandchildren; brother, Richard D. (Sandy) Shaw; sister, Ruth Hawk; half brother, Richard L. Shaw, Jr.; several nieces and nephews; and many friends.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Tracy Lynn Knecht; and her parents, Juanita Rollins and Richard L. Shaw, Sr.

Family and friends may call from 2-4 and 6-8 PM Wednesday at the FRANK E. SMITH FUNERAL HOME, Lancaster. Caring Cremation will follow. Burial will be held at a later date in Greenfield Township Cemetery.

Donations may be made in memory of Marilyn to the American Cancer Society.
