Melinda S. Clark Ford 54 of Lancaster, Ohio passed away Sunday, October 2, 2011 at her residence.
She is survived by her son, Nathan Russell Hayes of Albuquerque, NM; daughter, Michelle Lynn (Daniel) Black of Chatsworth, CA; granddaughters, Linda Darlene Ison of NM and Samantha Grace Black of CA; sister, Darlene (Michael) Burba and brother, Timothy Hendricks all of Lancaster, Ohio; aunts, uncles, many nieces and nephews; companion, Phil Shonebarger and longtime friend, Tim Pargeons.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Wilson R. and Madonna Clark, Jr., sister, Deborah L. Clark, brothers, Russell Clark and grandparents, Burl and Mary Rhonemus and Ollie and Wilson R. Clark, Sr.
Funeral service will be held Friday, October 7, 2011 at 1:30 p.m. in the FRANK E. SMITH FUNERAL HOME CHAPEL, 405 N. COLUMBUS ST., LANCASTER, OHIO 43130 with Pastor Pamela Brandy Rhonemus officiating. Burial to follow in Floral Hills Memory Gardens. Friends may visit Thursday from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. a the funeral home.
