M. Timothy Barricklow II

February 5, 1988 — October 15, 2024

M. Timothy Barricklow II, a cherished soul who embraced life with a joyful heart and an infectious laughter, passed away on October 15, 2024, leaving behind a legacy etched in the memories of all who had the privilege to know him. Born on February 5, 1988, Timothy was not only a beloved partner, family member, and friend but also devoted shipping supervisor at Aramark, where his natural leadership and penchant for humor shone brightly.

Timothy's life was a tapestry woven with kindness, laughter, and dedication. With a goofy sense of humor that could brighten the cloudiest of days, he consistently put the happiness of others above his own. In doing so, he created an atmosphere where camaraderie flourished — whether in the workplace, at home, or during friendly gatherings. He relished every opportunity to spread joy and shared countless moments filled with laughter and affection.

A fervent sports enthusiast, Timothy enjoyed watching football, proudly cheering for his beloved Green Bay Packers. His passion extended beyond the television screen; he thrived on the camaraderie found within gaming, particularly on the app "Football Battle." There, he found a second family among his teammates, the "Outcasts," who cherished his humorous banter, often prioritizing his laughter over his gaming prowess.

Much of Timothy's heart belonged to Shanna Tolliver, the love of his life for over 15 years. Their bond rippled through every part of his life, creating a beautiful portrait of devotion and companionship that will forever linger in the hearts of those left behind. Shanna's parents, Thomas and Loraine Tolliver, welcomed Timothy as one of their own, further enriching his life with familial love and support.

Timothy did not walk through life alone; he was surrounded by many who loved him dearly. He is survived by his siblings, Artamia Ventresca, Alicia (Bill) Eleyet, Crystal Barricklow, Shelbi (Jordan Holbrook) Ensman Ventresca, and Drew Ensman. His legacy continues through his beloved nieces and nephews — Evan, Eli, and Lily Wolfe, Austin, Roslyn, and Rileigh — each of whom carries a piece of his spirited nature within them.

His grandmother, Linda Ventresca, and Uncle, Stanley Ball, hold a special place in the fabric of his life, guiding him with their love. He is also remembered fondly by his Uncle Joey Ventresca, cousins Shannon Lindsey and Conor King, as well as several close family and friends whose lives he touched with his warmth and humor.

We also remember those whose lives he has joined, including his loving parents, Gina Ventresca and Mark Barricklow. Timothy also grieves alongside their memories — his niece, Lucy Wolfe; grandfather, Pasquale "Pat" Ventresca; and Aunt Lucy Ball and Uncle Ronnie Ventresca — as they welcome him into the embrace of everlasting peace.

Calling will be held on October 22, 2024, from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM, followed by a memorial service at 6:30 PM, officiated by Chaplain Josh Dexter, at the Frank E. Smith Funeral Home 405 N Columbus St. Lancaster, Ohio 43130. The family invites all whose lives were touched by Timothy to come together in reflection of a life devoted to bringing laughter and joy to others.

Caring Cremation has taken place.

As we bid farewell to M. Timothy Barricklow, let us remember him not just for his joyous spirit but for the unbreakable bonds of love and laughter that he skillfully cultivated and left behind. His memory will be eternally cherished, a guiding light in the hearts of all who loved him.

If Timothy could tell you one last thing, It would be, "Eat A Hotdog!"
