Lucy Eismon

Lucy Risner Moore Eismon, 75, of Lancaster, Ohio lost her battle with colon cancer June 2, 2015. Lucy was born January 22, 1940 to Earnie and Ina Hensley Risner in Magoffin County, Kentucky. Lucy was the youngest daughter of 13 children.

On July 4, 1990 she married Will Eismon of Lancaster, Ohio in Colorado Springs, CO.

Lucy is survived by her husband Will Eismon of Lancaster, Ohio; children, Kay & Tony Jones of Waverly, Kathy Howard of Wheelersburg, Janie & Rich Taylor of Waverly, Bob & Kim Moore of Waverly, Ben & Jennifer Moore of Waverly, Tami & Jim Hoover and Monty Eismon of Lancaster. Lucy is survived by ten grandchildren: Summer & Jimmy Norman, Aleah & Corey Evans, Tiffany Moore, Elizabeth and Adam Conn, Ashlee & Andrea Moore, Samantha & Garrett Moore, Abby Meadows and Ethan Hoover. Eight great grandchildren, one great great grandson, and two brothers and two sisters: Paul Risner of Morgantown, Ohio, Wallen & Sue Risner of Mansfield, Ohio, Darlene Blackmon of Mansfield, Ohio and Glossie Gaskins of Leitchfield, Kentucky.

A special thanks to Dr. Vazquez and the special team at the Bio Care Hospital in Tijuana, Mexico for giving Lucy five years of quality life after being diagnosed with cancer.

Lucy will be greatly missed by family, friends and her Doll Club.

The Funeral Service will be held on Friday, June 5, 2015 at 12 p.m. at the Frank E. Smith Funeral Home in Lancaster with Ted Risner and Kermit Welty officiating. Mausoleum entombment will take place following the service at Floral Hills Memory Garden. Friends and family may visit from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Thursday at the funeral home and one prior to the service on Friday.
