Lucille "Lucy" F. (Hurley) Steele

Lucille “Lucy” F. Steele, 75 of Lancaster, Ohio passed away on Monday, December 27, 2021 at Fairfield Medical Center River Valley Campus. She was a homemaker and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband of 56 years, Bobby Steele; children, Bobby Lee Steele II of Sugar Grove, Ohio, Eric (Karen) Steele of Lancaster, Ohio and Tammy (Brian) Koon of Rushville, Ohio; grandchildren, Alan Cristy, Dianne (Mike) Erickson, Christopher Alan (Nicole) Poling, John (Katelynn) Poling, Miranda (Mike) Thissen, Chelsea Koon, Jessica (Brian) Brasier, Nathaniel Koon and Nicholas Koon; great grandchildren, Maddison, Jackson, Wyatt, Knora Poling, Cindi Thissen, Jude Thissen, and Jace Brasier; sisters, Sarah Dorohoff, Rose Shaver both of Newark, Ohio, Brenda Wayne of Thornville, Ohio, Debbie Greiner of Michigan and Patty (Lester) McCarty of Sugar Grove, Ohio and many nieces and nephews.

Lucy was preceded in death by her parents, Orville “Slim” and (Mabel) Hurley and Mary and Leo Wilson, grandson, William Lee Steele and great granddaughter, Ava Malin Erickson.
