Lotrell Warren Lunsford 1 month old, of Lancaster, Ohio passed away Sunday, May 18, 2014 at Fairfield Medical Center. He was the son of Dashawn Lunsford and O’Neal Blackburn of Lancaster, Ohio; grandparents, Dana and Doug Scarberry of Amanda, Ohio, and Danesha Lunsford of Columbus, Ohio; great grandparents, Dale R. Lutz of Columbus, Ohio and Mary Leach of Columbus, Ohio; great-great grandparent, Oliver T. Lutz of Lancaster, Ohio; several aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his great grandmother, Sharon K. Lutz, great-great grandparents, Gladys Lutz and Gladys and Douglas Neal.
