Lois Ann Caughenbaugh, 72, longtime resident of Lancaster, Ohio passed away Monday, December 10, 2012 at Dayview Care Center, New Carlisle, Ohio. She was retired from Fairfield Medical Center.
She is survived by her son, Terry (Delena) Caughenbaugh of New Carlisle, Ohio; daughter-in-law, Sharen Caughenbaugh of Lancaster, Ohio; grandchildren, Justin (Lindsai) Caughenbaugh, Amy Caughenbaugh and Chad (Stacy) Bitler; great-grandsons, Jett Caughenbaugh and Connor Bitler; sister, Carol (Joe) Sloan of Bybee, Tennessee; nieces, Vickie Blosser and Joyce Church.
She was preceded in death by her son, Gary Caughenbaugh and parents, Delno and Dorothy Ogg.
Funeral service will be held Thursday, December 13, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. at the FRANK E. SMITH FUNERAL HOME, 405 N. COLUMBUS ST., LANCATSER, OHIO 43130 with Rev. Kandy Nuce officiating. Burial to follow in Stukey Cemetery, Sugar Grove, Ohio. Friends may visit Thursday from 11:00a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
