Lizetta Brown Jackson, 91 of Columbus, Ohio former resident of Baltimore, Ohio passed away on Wednesday, October 9, 2013 at Friendship Village of Columbus, Ridgewood Terrace.
She was a member of Baltimore United Methodist Church, attended Thurston United Methodist Church and sang in the church choir.
Lizetta is survived by her daughter, Cindy (Joseph) Dougherty of Mt. Gilead, Ohio; son, Steven R. (Nancy) Jackson of Lancaster, Ohio; grandchildren, Shawn Weyandt, Kyle Jackson and Katie Jackson; brother, Donald Brown of Columbus, Ohio; sister, Nadine Thomas of Eugene, Oregon; cousins, nieces, nephews and dearest friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Jackson, parents, Abigail and Archie Lee Brown, sister, Betty Lee Brown and brother, John Brown.
Funeral service will be held Tuesday, October 15, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. in the JOHNSON-SMITH FUNERAL HOME CHAPEL, 207 S. MAIN ST., BALTIMORE, OHIO 43105 with Rev. Bradley Jury officiating. Burial to follow in Maple Grove Cemetery, Baltimore, Ohio. Friends may visit Tuesday from 11:00 a.m.to1:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
