Linda Woltz

Linda L. Woltz, 74, of Lancaster, passed away on Saturday, July 11, 2015, at the Pickering House with her family at her side.

Linda worked in banking for many years, retiring from Standing Stone Bank as assistant vice president. She was a member of Beta Sigma Phi Sorority. She was also a member of the ABWA where she was named woman of the year 1999.

Linda loved to dance, loved music, and more than anything to have fun. She loved her family dearly and loved her husband, William “Tom” Woltz.

Linda is survived by her husband, William T. Woltz; sons, Kirk (Laurie) Davis, Mark Woltz, and Steve (Lois) Davis; grandchildren, Jenessa (Marcus) Creaturo, Dylan Davis, Skylar Davis, Bennett Davis, and Garrett Davis; great granddaughter, Camille Creaturo; siblings, Ronnie (Marie) Moneypenny, Vickey (John) Miller, Larry (Alice) Moneypenny, and Craig (Betsy) Moneypenny; and step father, Harold “Gene” Moneypenny.

Linda was preceded in death by her mother, Violet Moneypenny; father, Donald Noble; grandmother, Lucille Groves; and brother, Lawrence Glaab.

Memorial service for Linda will be held at 10:30 AM Wednesday at the Sixth Avenue United Methodist Church, 1004 W. 6th Ave, Lancaster, Ohio 43130 with Pastor Rick Jones officiating. Interment will follow in Floral Hills Memory Gardens, Lancaster. Friends may visit from 2-4 and 6-8 PM Tuesday at the Frank E. Smith Funeral Home, 405 N. Columbus St, Lancaster, Ohio 43130.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Linda to the Pickering House, 282 Sells Rd, Lancaster, Ohio 43130.
