Linda Carpenter

Linda Jane Carpenter, 70 of Carroll, Ohio passed away Wednesday, December 31, 2014 at the Pickering House.
She was a retired loan processor for Huntington Mortgage Co. with 26 years of service. She enjoyed sewing, cooking, and collecting snowmen.
Linda is survived by her husband of 50 years, Gary Carpenter; sons, Scott (Cheryl) Carpenter of Granville, Ohio and Dan (Brandy) Carpenter of Carroll, Ohio; grandchildren, Sara (Alex) Meyers, Steven Carpenter, Summer (Joe) Alspach, and Garrett Gall; great-grandchildren, Evan, Hannah, Cole, and Cayle; brother, Keith George of Lancaster, Ohio; sister, Nancy Streets of Lancaster, Ohio; sisters-in-law, Linda Jensen and Joyce McCann both of Lancaster, Ohio; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Harley and Doris George.

A Celebration of Life gathering of family and friends will be Saturday, January 17, 2015 from 4-9 p.m. at the Buckeye Lake Winery, 13750 Rosewood Rd., Thornville, Ohio 43076.
