Leona “Jean” Tolliver 80 entered into eternal peace on Saturday, June 20th. 2015. Leona was born in Ranger, West Virginia on September 27, 1934. She is survived by her four children, Son Jerry Lee (Cynthia) Tolliver, Daughter Cheri Lynne (Dennis) (Tolliver) Holbrook, Son Gary Alan Tolliver and his most recent furry companion Miss Grace and Youngest Son Larry (Nereida) Douglas Tolliver; Grandchildren, Jared McKittrick, Amanda Black and Whitney Tolliver; her extended family, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Freddie Tolliver, Jim (Emma) Weidner, Norma Jean Morehart, Peggy Tolliver, Karen Tolliver, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Leona was preceded in death by her loving husband Clyde Junior “Yogi” Tolliver, Daughter-in-law, Susan Cynthia Tolliver, Granddaughter, Robin Mae Tolliver, along with many other extended family members, including Leona’s loving pet Sugar.
Leona was a resident of Baltimore for more than fifty six years and retired from Hordis Brothers. She was a member of the Olivedale Senior Center and Former Red Cross Bloodmobile Volunteer. She enjoyed cooking, camping with her family, bowling, fishing and card games.
Funeral service will be held Friday, June 26, 2015 at 10:30 a.m. in the JOHNSON-SMITH FUNERAL HOME CHAPEL, 207 S. MAIN ST., BALTIMORE, OHIO 43105 with Pastor Connie (Morehart) Taylor officiating. Burial will follow in Floral Hills Memory Gardens. Friends may visit Thursday from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
