Baltimore: Kenneth W. Marquart, 76, of Baltimore died Thursday, January 17, 2013 at Mt. Carmel East Hospital. Kenneth was born June 18, 1936 in Fairfield County to the late Levi and Mildred George Marquart. He was a retired truck driver.
Kenneth is survived by his wife of 54 years Favonia Marquart of Baltimore; daughter, Terri (Kevin) Legan of Blacklick OH; sons, Stephen W. Marquart, Daniel L. (Penny) Marquart, Ryan E. (Dana) Marquart, all of Baltimore; grandchildren, Jamie Marquart, Mandie Marquart, Amery Marquart, Anthony Marquart, Christopher M. (Sarah) Shy, Deanna J. Marquart; three great grandchildren; brother, Walter F. (Betty) Marquart of Rittman OH; brother-in-law, Melvin M. Rauber of Lancaster; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral service for Kenneth will be held at 1:30 pm Monday at the JOHNSON-SMITH FUNERAL HOME, 207 S. Main St., Baltimore OH 43105 with Reverend Alice Wolfe officiating and assisted by Deacon Michael Sutton. Burial will follow at Basil Memorial Cemetery. Friends may call 1 until 4 pm Sunday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be given in Kenneth’s name to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society Central Ohio Chapter, 2225 Citygate Drive Suite E, Columbus OH 43219. The family would like to thank the staff at Mt. Carmel East Hospital and the Zangmeister Center, Dr. Mark Thompson and Dr. Janet Mason, and the Basil Joint Fire District Squad.
