Kenneth A. Blosser 88 of Lancaster, Ohio passed away Wednesday, July 12, 2017 at his residence.
He was a Korean Conflict veteran serving the US Navy and was a retired welder for Diamond Power and Specialty Co. with 36 years of service and owned and operated Buckeye TV. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church.
Kenneth is survived by his son, Randy (Vickie) Blosser of Lancaster, Ohio; daughter, Constance Barnhart of Cleveland, Ohio; five grandchildren, Letitia Oakley, D. Alexander Barnhart, Darcey (Shawn) Notestone, Lacey (Andy) Strete and Jorden Hovatter; five great grandchildren; brother, Dick (Carol) Blosser of South Carolina; step-brother, Chuck (Carolyn) Stockwell of Lancaster, Ohio; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 54 years, Phyllis Evelyn Blosser, father, Thomas G. Blosser, mother, Mabel Deible, sister, Joann Karshner, step-sister, Wretha Mae Kocher and step-brother, Gene Stockwell.
Funeral service will be held Monday, July 17, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. in the FRANK E. SMITH FUNERAL HOME CHAPEL, 405 N. COLUMBUS ST., LANCASTER, OHIO 43130 with Rev. Dr. Brian Jones officiating. Burial will follow in Floral Hills Memory Gardens with the Lancaster Veterans Burial Detail conducting military rites at the cemetery. Friends may visit Sunday from 2-5 p.m. at the funeral home.
