Kelly Thompson

Kelly L. Thompson, 47, of Lancaster, passed away on Saturday, September, 27, 2014.

Kelly was a loving, caring, full-hearted person, who cared deeply for friends and family. She loved nothing more than to spend time with her family. Her soul was beautiful and graceful. She spent all her time with her grandson. She always had a smile on her face and a laugh to share with everyone.

Kelly is survived by her daughter, Heather Thompson (fiancé, Gary Rutherford III); grandson, Gary Rutherford IV; parents, Liz and Gary Chambers; siblings, Kimberly Sue (Randy) DeLong, Kenneth (Krystal) Nicholson, and Gary Lee (Bobbi Jo) Chambers, Jr; former husband, Randy Thompson; and several step children, nieces, and nephews.

Kelly was preceded in death by her grandparents, Okie and Dorcas Murphy; and sister-in-law, Janet Chambers.

A private memorial service will be held for the family. Caring Cremation has taken place with the Frank E. Smith Funeral Home, Lancaster.
