Keith B. Sprague, 61 of Lancaster went home to be with the Lord with family by his side on January 17, 2024 after battling liver disease. He was born January 12, 1963 to Donald and Janis (Wedge) Sprague. He graduated from Lancaster High School class of 1981. He met the love of his life, Lori at the young age of 13 and they were married at 18 years old. They were happily married for 41 years and he would tell you that she was the best thing that ever happened to him. He was a machine operator for Greif Ohio Paperboard retiring after 29 years. He spent 10 years during that time being a foster parent for around 60 children. He was a loving husband, son, brother, dad, and papa. He was a very hard worker and never gave up even when things got tough. He could literally fix anything and could solve any problem. He enjoyed spending time with family, fishing, football, and rebuilding cars. Most of all Keith loved his family. He is survived by his brothers Mark (Marlene) Sprague and Scott Sprague, daughters Lacey (Zach) Thoman and Haley (Tim) Culbertson, grandchildren; Avery Thoman, Maddox Thoman, Payton Culbertson, Grayson Culbertson, and Harper Culbertson; and many other aunts, uncles, cousins, family, and friends.
He is preceded in death by his son Brandon Sprague, father, Donald Sprague, mother, Janis Sprague, and wife, Lori Sprague.
Caring Cremation has taken place to the Frank E. Smith Funeral Home.
A celebration of life and graveside service will be at Maple Grove Cemetery on February 7 at 1:30 PM.
