Kay Lyn Snyder 64 of Lancaster, Ohio passed away peacefully at home on Sunday, August 21, 2011.
She was a retired selector/packer for Anchor Hocking Glass corp. with 20 years of service. She was a member of Fifth Avenue Church of Christ, Coin Collectors Club and liked to play bingo.
She is survived by her daughters, Lyn (Philip) England and Gloria (Roy) North all of Lancaster, Ohio; sons, Kenny (Stefhanie) North and James (Tasha) North all of Lancaster, Ohio; 7 grandsons, Philip England, Jr., Corey England, Aerial North, Kolben North, Nickolas North, Tyler North and one on the way, Devon North; 3 granddaughters, Ashley North, Ashlyn England and Kaitlin North all of Lancaster, Ohio; step-brother, Dewey Boggs, Jr.; several aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. She was loved by many and missed by all. She was preceded in death by her husband, Dale Snyder, mother, Edith Boggs and father, Dewey Boggs, Sr.
Funeral service will be held Thursday, August 25, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. in the FRANK E. SMITH FUNERAL HOME CHAPEL, 405 N. COLUMBUS ST., LANCASTER, OHIO 43130 with Pastor Brad Seevers officiating. Burial to follow in Maple Grove Cemetery, Lancaster, Ohio. Friends may visit Wednesday from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
