Kathy Campbell

Kathleen Marie (Leo) Campbell was born on December 28, 1948 in Parkersburg W.V. and passed away January 29, 2018 surrounded by family.

Kathy was a 1966 Graduate of Logan High School and retired from Luxottica in 2016. She was previously employed by Anchor Plant 2 and Claypool Electric.

Kathy loved life. Her hobbies included reading, traveling, and she loved the slots. Most importantly Kathy loved family.

Kathy is survived by her Husband, Gary Campbell; Daughters, Tabitha (Gary) Deeds and Mandy Campbell; Grandchildren, Joshua, Jesse, Tyler, Sara, and Garrett; and Great Grandchildren, Hunter, Jude, and Lila; Special friends, Warren and Debbie Lohnes; and Rowdy, her beloved cat.

Kathy is preceded in death by her only son, Chris Flowers; and her father, Eugene (Bob) Leo.

A funeral service will take place on Friday, February 2, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. in the FRANK E. SMITH FUNERAL HOME CHAPEL, 405 N. COLUMBUS ST., LANCASTER, OHIO 43130 with Chaplain Kermit Welty officiating. Burial will follow the service at Pleasant Hill Methodist Church. Family and friends may call from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 1, and again one hour prior to the service on Friday.
