Kathryn M. Sheets 90 of Lancaster, Ohio former resident of Baltimore, Ohio died Friday, July 8, 2011 at the Pickering House. She worked for R. B. M. in Lancaster, Ohio. She was a former member of Beulah United Methodist Church, VFW Post 3761 Ladies Auxiliary, Baltimore Order of Eastern Star, and an Avon Representative for many years.
She is survived by her son, John R. “Bucky” (Elaine) Sheets, Jr. of Columbus, Georgia; daughter, Kathy S. (Charles) Noe of Columbus, Ohio; several grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren; sister-in-law, Isabelle Henwood of Lancaster, Ohio; many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, John R. Sheets, Sr., son, Thomas G. Sheets , parents, Jesse and Alberta Welker, sister, Harriet Jane Martin, and brother, Jesse R. Welker, II.
Funeral service will be held Wednesday, July 13, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. in the JOHNSON-SMITH FUNERAL HOME CHAPEL, 207 S. MAIN ST., BALTIMORE, OHIO 43105 with Mr. John R. Sheets, Jr. officiating. Burial to follow in Floral Hills Memory Gardens. Friends may visit Tuesday from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
