Karen S. (Barnes) Price

Karen S. Price, 60, of Lancaster, passed away on July 20, 2021 at Fairfield Medical Center. She was born on September 6, 1960 to the late Charles and Jenny (Elick) Barnes in Lancaster, Ohio. She loved her grandchildren and was a devout Christian and worshiper at River Valley Life Center where she dedicated years to both singing and mentoring youth. She enjoyed camping, journaling, crafting, and spending time with her friends and family. Karen is survived by her beloved husband of 40 years, Steve Price; son, Christopher (Bethany) Price; grandchildren, Claire and Quinn; brother, Terry (Barbara) Perry; sister, Cindy (Chad) Benson; several nieces and nephews, and extended family.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Stephanie, and her parents.

Karen will be laid to rest by her family at a private graveside service.

Karen’s family would like to thank the Fairfield Medical Center staff for their kindness, communication, and care. They would also like to thank all frontline healthcare workers continuing to serve and save in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic.
