Kai Alexander Pontious, 1, of Circleville, passed away on March 1, 2019. He was born on May 22, 2017 to William Pontious and Jacinda Lopez.
Kai was the sweetest, bravest, and strongest boy ever. He was unique and overcame many obstacles in his life. Our hearts are truly broken, but we love our little Kai Guy and know we will see him again someday soon.
He is survived by his mommy and daddy, William Pontious and Jacinda Lopez; grandparents; aunts and uncles; and many other family members and loved ones.
A funeral service will take place on Tuesday, March 5, 2019 at the FRANK E. SMITH FUNERAL HOME CHAPEL, 405 N. Columbus St., Lancaster, OH, 43130 at 12:00 PM, officiated by Chaplain Kermit Welty. Burial will follow in Jackson Twp. Cemetery in Circleville. Family and friends may visit from 2-4 PM and again from 6-8 PM on Monday.
