Judith Ransburgh Crawford passed away peacefully on January 17, 2017 at the age of 79. She was born in Mt. Sterling, Ohio on January 3, 1938 to the late Elsie and John Ransburgh. She was second youngest of eight children. She was a homemaker for many years until she joined her husband in his company, EMCEE Industries. She and her husband, Monty, retired to Carroll, Ohio and enjoyed a peaceful life in the country.

She is survived by her husband of 58 years, David “Monty” Crawford and her five children, Vicky (Ron) Lathem, Caroline (Steve) Forehand, Sandy (Scott) Becker, Joan (Brett) Rainier, and William (Tracie) Crawford; three brothers, Fred Ransburgh, Donnie (Lois) Ransburgh, and Pete (Velma) Ransburgh and sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Valerie and John Lowry; she was blessed with 16 grandchildren and six great grandchildren; a beloved aunt to many nieces and nephews and will be fondly remembered as “Aunt Judy” by each of them.

The family invites you to join them to celebrate her life on Saturday, January 21,2017 from 1:00 to 4:00 pm at the FRANK E. SMITH FUNERAL HOME, 405 N. COLUMBUS ST., LANCASTER, OHIO 43130. A service will follow at 4:00 pm.
