Joyce Ann Rife Cochran

Joyce Ann Rife Cochran 85 of Lancaster, Ohio passed away Thursday, September 14, 2023 at Grant Medical Center.

She was a retired Registered Nurse for the Lancaster City School District with 37 years of service.

Joyce was a member of the First United Methodist Church and TWIG 7.  She enjoyed playing bridge with the girls and really enjoyed spending time reading.

Joyce is survived by her daughters, Danielle Reeves and Rebecca (Gary) Hughes all of Lancaster and Beth (Rick) Deeds of Canal Winchester; grandchildren, Heather (Ted) Campbell, Lindsay Reeves, Misha Reeves, Kelsy Reeves, Billy (Lacey) DeMastry, Jon DeMastry, Caitlin (Brett) Dean, Megan Deeds, and Cameron Deeds; many great grandchildren; sister, Todie Johnson and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Bill Rife of 49 years, parents, Homer and Edna Spangler and brother, Bob Spangler.

Caring Cremation® is being handled by the FRANK E. SMITH FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY, LANCASTER, OHIO.
