Joy A. Lehman Evans 52 of Lancaster, Ohio passed away Thursday, November 5, 2015 at her residence. She was a registered nurse.

Joy is survived by her son, Erik J. Evans of Ohio; daughter, Erika Joy Evans of Bremen, Ohio; father, Clyde L. Lehman of Lancaster, Ohio; grandchildren, Elijah J. Evans and Bentley Z. Evans; sisters, Connie (Scott) Moyer of Bremen, Ohio and Dianna (Doug) Lehman of Columbus, Ohio; brother, Brian D. (Danielle) Lehman of Lancaster, Ohio; ex-husband, Randy (Janice) Evans of Bremen, Ohio; niece and nephew. She was preceded in death by her mother, Mary E. (Wasem) Lehman.

A memorial service will be held Wednesday, November 11, 2015 at 7 p. m. in the FRANK E. SMITH FUNERAL HOME CHAPEL, 405 N. COLUMBUS ST., LANCASTER, OHIO 43130. Caring Cremation® has taken place. Friends may visit Wednesday from 5-7 p. m. at the funeral home.
