Joseph "Joe" Wayne Kovacs

Joseph “Joe” Wayne Kovacs, 44 of Baltimore, Ohio passed away unexpectedly on Friday, April 28, 2023 at his residence.

He was a graduate of Fairfield Union High School Class of 1997 and was a member of the FFA. He worked for Creative Foods in Baltimore, Ohio.  Joe had a recognizable laugh and a heart of gold.  He enjoyed cooking, fishing, working out, be outdoors, listening to music like the Cranberries and Shinedown.

Joe is survived by his sons, Sebastien Wayne Kovacs and Thorne Kovacs both of Thornville, Ohio; mother and father, Brenda and Ed Wayne of Fairfield Beach; brother, Robert Kovacs of Marietta, Ohio; aunts and uncles, Bob Steele, Sarah Dorohoff, Rose Shaver, Debbie Greiner, Patty and Lester McCarty; many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Leo and Mary Wilson, aunts, Lucy Steele and Betty Wayne and childhood friend, Christopher Wallace.
