Josephine A. Hayden Muck

Josephine A. Muck, 94, passed away at her residence surrounded by her family on Tuesday, March 12, 2024. She was born January 21, 1930, to Raymond and Edith (Frazure) Beatty. 

Josephine was a member of Bremen Holiness Church. She loved to laugh and she was always making people smile. Josephine was a fan of the Ohio State Buckeyes, especially football. She loved nature, hummingbirds, lighthouses, shiny things, coffee, sweets, cowboys, and shopping but most of all, she loved her family. Josephine enjoyed life. 

Josephine is survived by her children, Kathleen Allen, Sharon (John) Mongold, Patricia (William) Doughman, Ray (Steve) Hayden; 11 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. 

She was preceded in death by her parents; husbands, Ray E. Hayden and Paul Muck Sr; son, Roy Hayden; grandchild, Kyle Mongold; siblings, Harold Beatty, Esther Keller, Ernestine Young, Sarina Gatwood, and Kate McCabe. 

A funeral service will take place Friday, March 15, 2024 at 1:00pm at Frank E. Smith Funeral Home. Friends and family may visit from 11:00 AM until the time of the service. Burial will follow the service at Forest Rose Cemetery.
