JOE A. WALTER

Lancaster: Joe A. Walter 82 of Lancaster died Thursday, February 16, 2012, at Fairfield Medical
Center. He was the owner of the Family Restaurant for 30 years. He was a member of the Emmanuel Lutheran Church. Joe enjoyed being with people.

Joe is survived by his wife of 20 years, Connie “CJ” Walter of Lancaster; daughter, Tina Thompson of
Pickerington; sons, Joe (Candi) Walter of Zanesville, Tim (Karen) Walter of Lancaster, Joel (Vicki) Walter
of Pickerington; step children, Mark, Donna, J.K., Dustin; many grandchildren and great grandchildren;
brothers, Fred (Helen) Walter and Martin (Daria) Walter all of Lancaster.

Joe was preceded in death by his Parents, George and Emma (Wellman) Walter; sister, Christine
Singer and her husband Paul Singer; step daughter, Anita.

Caring Cremation has taken place by the FRANK E. SMITH FUNERAL HOME and CREMATORY, 405 N. Columbus St., Lancaster OH 43130. No memorials are needed, the family just ask that you take a minute and think of Joe.
