Joseph Starcher

Joseph W. Starcher, 58, of Baltimore, passed away on April 18, 2015 at Mount Carmel East Hospital.

He is survived by his sisters, Dorothy Ford, Martha Rolfe, Phyllis DeLeon, Myrtle Bock, and Doris Jean Lovings; and brother, Robert Starcher.

Joseph is preceded in death by parents, Virgil and Wilma Starcher.
