John C. Roe

John C. Roe, 82, of Lancaster, passed away on Sunday, March 26, 2023 at Mt. Carmel East Hospital. He was born to the late Mervin and Della Roe on February 25, 1941 in Columbus, OH.

John enjoyed playing the drums, piano, and guitar. He also liked to shoot pool and attend antique car shows.

He is survived by his daughter, Jackie (Clay) Cook; son, Jon (Jessica) Roe; step-children, Gwen Myers, Terrie Hay, and Walter (Leanne) Myers; ten grandchildren; two great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Beverly Roe; twin brother, James Roe; sister, Phyllis; and parents.

A memorial service officiated by Johnathan Mann will take place at 4 PM on Wednesday, March 29, 2023 at Groveport United Methodist Church, 512 Main St., Groveport, OH 43125. A reception will follow the service at the church.
